Petone Community House is a beautiful old home in the heart of Petone, available for groups to hire.

o There are four rooms in the House, three upstairs, and a large room downstairs.
o There are bathrooms on both floors, and a kitchen downstairs.
o All rooms are heated, with curtains for managing light. They are equipped with trestle tables,

chairs and a whiteboard.
o A data projector is available for hire.

Cost:

o Community Groups – $15 for up to 3 hrs and $30 for a day. o Commercial Groups- $25 for up to 3 hrs and $50 for the day.
